Q: DO YOU HAVE MORE FLOOR PLANS THAN WHAT IS SHOWN ONLINE?

A: We do! We didn’t have space to showcase every floor plan on our website, but we have several studio and 1 bedroom layouts to choose from. Call or email us for more details.

Q: DO YOU OFFER FLEXIBLE LEASE TERMS?

A: Our standard lease is 12 months, and we have short-term leases available, with a 4 month minimum term. For shorter stays, check out our sister property, The Nash.

Q: DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

A: We allow cats, but unfortunately cannot accommodate dogs at the Bosco. 

Q: WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

A:  Your rent includes high-speed internet, and a great Dish Network lineup!

A: Yes we do at our sister property, the Nash Lofts! Just bring your suitcase; we can provide everything else. Our standard furnished package includes living, dining, and bedroom furniture, along with kitchenware, bath towels, and HDTV.

A: We’re located in the heart of Old Towne Petersburg on East Bank Street. Our immediate neighbors include Demolition Coffee, Buttermilk Bake Shop, Saucy’s BBQ, and the Petersburg Police Detective Annex.
